After parading your elegant look at the red carpet last night, you realize it’s time to have a beauty rest and this will include not just removing make up but also removing lace front hair that you have used to enhance your fabulous looks. Removing lace front hair must not be done with haste. Of course you have spent a fortune when you purchased that fancy wig of yours, and you don’t want to risk damaging it and your hair too.

In removing lace front hair, you will need the following: adhesive remover, cotton buds or a small toothbrush, soap and water, wig stand, mirror, and large hair clips. And then you follow these steps:

-  Clip the lace front hair into a big ponytail at the top of the hair so you will have a full view of the seam and avoid the adhesive remover from getting in contact with the lace hair.

- Apply an adhesive remover of your choice, either an alcohol based for faster removal or oil based for sensitive skin.

-  Peal the lace hair from one side to the other once the adhesive remover has already worked on the seam of the lace hair.

-  Lift the wig of from your head once the seams are already removed from its attachment. For proper maintenance of the wig, it is best to put it on a wig stand.

-  After which you can now remove any traces of adhesive and adhesive remover from your face.

For traces of adhesive on the wig, you can rub a mirror on the seams and they should come off on the mirror.
