Most celebrities wear wigs to look more fabulous than how they look, especially on red carpet occasions, and these are mostly done by applying lace front hair. By doing so, it adds more volume and it appears naturally without the visible hairline of most wigs. And to top it all, applying lace front hair can be done without the help of professionals. There are two ways on how applying lace front hair is done. One is by using adhesive tapes, and the other is by using liquid adhesives. Some retailers selling lace front hair also sells adhesives so you will not have any problems anymore figuring out which would work much better for that specific wig.

In using a liquid adhesive, place the wig on top of your hair pinning it back to avoid gluing it on your forehead. Apply a thin layer of adhesive then place the front wig on it, pressing it for at least 5 seconds on that area. Continue the process until the whole of the lace front wig is in place.

If you want to use a double-sided tape you must cut the tape into 3-inch strips around 3.8 inches wide. Attach the tape at the edge of the lace starting at the front hairline until all the edges are covered with tapes making sure that there are no spaces in between to keep the wig in place and give you a fabulous natural look.
